1. Conference hall of 25.6 м² on the 5th floor of the business center (up to 20 people):

1. Equipped with a table for meetings, a case for clothes, armchairs, an air-conditioner, phone, the Internet, there is possibility to install a projector*.

2.Work time from 8h00 till 20h00 (except Sunday and holidays).
3. Rate:

· 100 grivnas per hour. No discount. The minimal work time ordered - 4 hours;

· Telephone conversations upon supply;

· The limitless Internet is included in rent.

4. Extra-service:

· Parking as for the hotel lodgers;

· On the floor there is men and women WC;

· Coffee, tea, cold drinks from the hotel.

2. Conference hall of 37.7 м² on the 3rd floor of the office building (up to 30 people).

1. The equipment: a table for meetings, a case for clothes, a furniture wall, office chairs, phone, the Internet,

satellite ТV.

2. Work time from 8h00 till 20h00 , no days off.

3. Rate:

· 50 grivnas per hour. The minimal work time ordered – 3 hours;

· Telephone conversations and the Internet upon supply;

4. Extra-service:

· Parking no more 2 cars on the bottom platform;

· On the floor there is men and women WC;

· Coffee, tea, cold drinks from the hotel;

· Coffee house (starts its work in 2011).

3. It is possible to organize the conference for 50 people in the hall of restaurant and for 150 people in the business center.

Lease term for these halls is contractual.

* - if you need to equip a conference hall with devices of multimedia it is necessary to inform about it in advance, in detail having specified technical parameters of needed devices; this service is chargeable. All participants of seminar in Sevastopol can take accommodation in the ZUID HOTEL of Sevastopol.
